How Does Walla Choose Its Vendors?

Hand-selected suppliers and pharmacies, negotiated for every clinic
September 3, 2026 by

When a clinic orders through Walla, it is ordering from suppliers and pharmacies we have researched, vetted, and negotiated with on behalf of every practice on the platform.

Here is how that works.

Hand-selected across the U.S.

We research vendors across the country and select the ones that meet our standards for licensure, reliability, and pricing. Our network includes trusted names in supplies and both 503A and 503B pharmacies.

Our vendors operate at least 22 verified distribution centers, which helps keep shipping times short for clinics across the country.

Negotiated for everyone

We negotiate arm's-length rates using the combined volume of every clinic on Walla. A single clinic negotiating alone has little leverage. A network of clinics has much more.

How orders actually move

Walla is not a reseller. We never take possession of or title to the products clinics order. Walla connects each practice to its suppliers and pharmacies, and orders flow directly from the vendor to the clinic.

For supplies, the practice holds its own account with the manufacturer, and Walla places orders on the practice's behalf.

Why this matters

  • You know your products come from licensed, vetted sources
  • You benefit from pricing negotiated at network scale
  • Your records stay clean and centralized

Choosing vendors well is one of the most important things a clinic does. We take that work off your plate and do it with every practice in mind.
