Getting started
How long does onboarding take?
Most clinics are fully onboarded within a week. You share your current supplier list and we map everything into the platform.
Will my staff need to learn a complicated new system?
No. Walla is designed for clinical staff who need things fast and simple. Most users are placing orders on their own within their first week, and we provide onboarding support.
Is Walla a good fit for a single-location clinic?
Yes. The time and cost savings matter even at one location. Multi-location clinics get added value from the consolidated dashboard.
Is the system customizable?
Yes. We release improvements constantly and tailor features to the practices we serve.
Supply chain
What can I order through Walla?
IV solutions, medications, clinical consumables, stem cell therapies through partners, and products from 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies.
What if a vendor is out of stock?
Because Walla works with multiple vendors in each category, we can source alternatives quickly. You are notified and shown substitute options so patient care isn't disrupted.
Do you add new products?
Yes. If your practice needs something we don't carry yet, we source it, negotiate it, and add it.
Does Walla negotiate pricing for us?
Yes. We negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and pharmacies using the combined volume of every clinic on the platform.
Inventory
How does Walla track inventory across multiple locations?
Every location has its own inventory view inside a shared dashboard. You can compare stock between sites and order for one location or all of them from one screen.
How does Walla know when to suggest a reorder?
Walla compares your usage history and upcoming booking volume with current stock. When a product is trending toward a stock out before your next usual reorder, you get an alert.
Does inventory update when I receive an order?
Yes. Inventory updates automatically when an order is received.
Pricing
What does Walla cost?
There is no software fee. Walla uses transparent cost-plus pricing: our cost, plus your documented percentage, on what you order.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your percentage is documented up front.
How does Walla lower my costs?
Pooled purchasing volume across our clinic network, alerts when you are paying above market, and negotiated pharmacy contracts.
Prescriptions and Rx
What is the difference between prescriptions and office-use Rx?
Prescriptions are patient-specific orders your providers dispense to patients. Office-use Rx covers medications your team uses during treatments, such as lidocaine and vitamin infusions.
Does Walla handle compounded medications?
Yes. We work with licensed compounding pharmacies. Requirements vary by state and product, and we work through them with you during onboarding.
